Independent Financial Advisor

The objective of the role involves providing independent financial advisory to High Net-worth Individual clients for creating, growing and safe-guarding their wealth.

 

As a Financial Advisor you will be prospecting clients, understanding their investment needs, designing appropriate solutions and advising the most suitable financial products alongside providing life-long partnership.

 

What are we looking for: Someone with an entrepreneurial drive, persistent and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients’.

 

Prior experience within sales, business development and relationship management preferably within the financial services or insurance industry will be a big plus. We are open to consider experience in sales from other industries like banking, real estate, hospitality etc based on your aptitude to transition into a Financial Advisory role.

 

Good financial acumen is very important for this role alongside networking and sales skills.

 

Education qualification wise, you will at least have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce.

 

Earning Potential: We follow an entrepreneurial model where you will be earning in direct proportion to the income generated on sale of insurance and investment products.

Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, ambitious self-starters to develop their individual practice within a boutique team that is part of a well-recognised brand. We specialise in general and medical insurance with a full-fledged back office support team and Subject Matter Experts.

Your basic role will involve:

  • New client acquisition within small and medium enterprises and large corporates.
  • You will be networking and identifying prospective clients within SME and large corporates.
  • Understanding the organizational need for group medical, group life insurance and other general insurance specific mandates.
  • Providing advice, designing appropriate solution and selling the right plan.
  • Providing a life-long partnership.

 

What are we looking for: someone with an existing network within SME and Corporates in the UAE for last 5-10 years. Prior experience within sales or business development preferably within financial services, insurance broker or insurance companies. Good financial acumen is very important for this role alongside networking and sales skills. It will be a plus if you already have a UAE Driving license.

 

Education qualification wise, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce. Understanding of UAE regulatory environment is important especially for medical insurance.
